High rise remodels present unique a unique logistical challenge with parking/elevator restrictions, but our seasoned and talented team of tradesmen are always up to the task.

We partnered with Molly Jo Designs on this stunning remodel in a Rainey St. condo. Highlights include all new cabinetry, countertops, tile and flooring.  The building’s concrete ceilings prevented us from running traditional lighting over the new kitchen island so we employed the Kable Lite System by Visual Comfort to get the light fixtures exactly where the needed to be.

The most unique part of this project is the free-standing bath tub in the primary bathroom.  Condo remodel projects are often limited by where you can move plumbing because of the nature of high-rise buildings.  Working with the design team we were able to build a platform that would allow us the fall needed to install the gorgeous new tub.
