The Lareina Treehouse is a stunning ADU in the St. Elmo neighborhood in South Austin with a soaring cantilevered second story deck featuring unobstructed views of Williamson Creek.

The clients were looking to enhance the existing modern home on the property while adding additional space for friends and family.  The unique design creates two private spaces by eliminating interior access between the first and second story.

As you enter the home through the floating boardwalk deck, you’re greeted by a gorgeous modern kitchen with 10 ft. ceilings flooded with natural light from the triple pane windows.  The central kitchen island with waterfall countertops doubles as a dining area leading into the living room.

From there you’ll enter the master bedroom with a transom glass feature connecting the master bathroom featuring double shower heads and a vanity mirror with integrated lighting.

The second story features a studio/office space complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom and additional storage leading out onto the expansive patio area surrounded by a custom steel cable railing with undermount lights.
