Wild Basin

Our clients purchased a stunning home in West Lake Hills in 2022 as a short term rental property. The five-bedroom home was perfect for hosting large groups but only had two full bathrooms.  In addition, there was a lack of covered patio space for the errant spring shower during a bbq or pool party.

The challenge was to add two full size bathrooms within the existing footprint of the home. With the of Dick Clark + Associates we were able to add a bathroom on top of the roof of an existing bedroom and another to a large hallway area.  In addition, we added a wet bar and a pickleball court making this the perfect home for family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, etc.
