Featured on the cover of the Summer 2021 issue of Austin Home Magazine, this complete remodel in the heart the Zilker Park neighborhood was our clients Nick and Bri’s dream forever home.

Dick Clark + Associates used the home’s original blue prints to inspire the interior design and Word + Carr Design Group’s landscape vision helped transform the previously overgrown backyard into an urban oasis.  We added a wall of glass windows and sliding doors to the rear of the house leading to the backyard to create an indoor/outdoor space perfect for entertaining.

The remodeled kitchen included ceramic tiles and and walnut cabinetry while the oversized primary bathroom features floating white oak cabinetry and a freestanding tub bathed in natural light.
